Favorite seeks to have the stray animals addressed by county

Ardith Favorite, founder of Angel’s Wish, a local cat rescue and trap, neuter, release program (TNR) estimates that over the five years the organization has been in existence, they have prevented around 7 million stray cats from being born in the area. While her passion runs deep for the cats and this cause, she went before the McKenzie County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) on Sept. 19, to plead for the county to step in and assist with the stray and abandoned animal population within the county.
