Why was one of the names removed from the hockey rink at the RRC?

According to the Oilers website, Watford City Oilers hockey was started in 1985 by Dave Hansen and Arden Berg.
On Jan. 13, 2017, a special ceremony was held at the Rough Rider Center to honor both Hansen and Berg for 30 years of dedication and service to the local hockey and skating programs.
