Comets fall to Parshall in region qualifier

Alexander’s boys varsity basketball team saw its season come to an end as the Comets fell to the Parshall Braves, 59-30, in the regional qualifier of the District 15 Boys Basketball Tournament, which concluded on Monday, Feb. 28.
Alexander lost its opening round game to Trenton, 61-32, before downing Mandaree, 77-44.
The Comets ended the season with a 5-15 record.
