Vision West ND to host mental health summit

Vision West ND is hosting a Summit on Behavioral Health in Energy Country for both the public and health care professionals in Dickinson, June 21-22. As part of their mission to “lead, educate, and collaborate to mobilize western North Dakota toward a resilient and prosperous quality of life for all residents, “this event is designed to focus on the overall mental health and well-being of those who live and work in western North Dakota.
“This year will mark the third annual summit. Approximately 150 individuals from both professional and lay backgrounds come together for two days to gain a greater understanding of the various aspects of mental health and substance abuse issues,” said Dan Kelly, president of the Benefit Fund of McKenzie County Healthcare System.
