With COVID not appearing to be going away anytime soon, one has to wonder what good the $5 trillion that the federal government has already plowed into COVID relief over the past two years has done.
That’s right, the Biden administration has already committed $5.4 trillion in taxpayer money and really has very little to show for it. They have spent $79 billion developing and distributing test kits that so far haven’t seemed to have found their way to Americans. Hundreds of millions more in taxpayer money has gone to school districts across the country to develop programs that will allow for them to keep the students in classrooms. But apparently those funds weren’t used to develop those systems as many school districts are now going back to remote learning.
