Stenehjem publishes Buddy’s Christmas

Gretchen Stenehjem has written a second book about Buddy the Dog, Buddy’s Christmas, which features the return of the eyepatch-wearing canine and his friends, both animal and human.
“In Buddy’s Christmas, Buddy has a really good friend. Her name is Ruby the Reindeer. She is a new character in the book and she would like to be on Santa’s sleigh, but she is not big enough or strong enough. So, Buddy has to call on his animal friends who can help her get bigger and stronger, so she could, maybe, on a magical Christmas night join Santa’s sleigh.”
“And I love her name, Ruby the Reindeer. She has her name because of a ruby necklace or collar that she has on. I thought that was a nice add in. She can’t have a red nose because she is not Rudolf, but he might make a little guest appearance in the book as well.”
