Wolves Trap Team sees success at State Competition

On Friday, June 13, nine members of the Watford City Wolves Clay Target League participated in the North Dakota State High School Clay Target Competition, in Fargo, N.D.
Varsity team member, Elden Transtrom, won first place, shooting 99/100. He also received a patch for shooting 75 straight.
And Junior Varsity member, Brylee Jenks won second place, shooting a 80/100.
Wyatt Wisness and Lucas Paulson both received patches for shooting 25 straight.
Transtrom was honored with an award for Overall High Gun, for having the highest score over all of the other attending athletes.
Other members to participate in the state competition were Mason Hugelen, Eldon Beard, Elisha Mitchell, Paxton Schaff and William Wisness.
