Wolves out-scored by Minot and Jamestown

Minot, 110 - Watford City, 77
Watford City traveled to Minot to take on the defending Class A State champions, Minot Magicians last Monday. Minot defended their homecourt with a 110-77 victory. Head coach David Gumke said, “We shot the ball well from the field and we also met our goal from the free throw line with 73.7 percent taking advantage of our 19 attempts to their 38.”

Watford City traveled to Minot to take on the defending Class A State champions Minot Majettes last Tuesday. Minot came away with their ninth consecutive victory by a final score of 89-40. The Wolves matched the Majettes shot-for-shot to start the game. The score was tied at 2-2, 4-4, 6-6, 9-9, and finally 14-14 with 10:00 left in the first half. From that point, Minot took control with a 28-3 run that put the game out of reach.
