Watford City’s cross country teams opened their 2021 season with fourth place finishes at the Heen-Ihmels Invite in Williston on Aug. 21.
“I thought the guys competed well for the first meet,” stated Dave Gumke, boys head coach. “We have a lot of work to do, but it is early and the nice thing is that we know that we will continue to improve from here.”
