Walleye head to West Region Tournament

Watford City’s American Legion baseball team went 2-4 this past week as they wrapped up their regular season play. The Walleye lost a pair of games to the Bismarck Reps on July 13, split with the Williston Oilers on July 15 and then split with the Bismarck Senators on July 16.
The Walleye will now be heading to Bismarck to compete in the West Region Tournament, which begins on Wednesday, July 20. The Walleye will take on the Dickinson Volunteers on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. in a play-in game.
