The 48th Annual Lions All-Star Basketball Series was played in Bismarck, on Monday, July 15, and in Fargo, on Tuesday, July 16.
Jessica Mogen was named to this prestigious roster as one of the top high school seniors in the state. Due to North Dakota’s move to a three-division basketball system, roster construction worked a little differently than the first 47 years of this series. The teams were comprised of players from Division AA playing against players from Divisions A and B. Mogen represented Watford City and played for the combined A/B team. Division AA swept the series this year, winning 65-53 on Monday night and 83-60 on Tuesday.
