JoAnne Garmann, 84, of Watford City, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on Thursday, Jan. 8, 2026, at the Sanford Medical Center in Bismarck, N.D.
Memorial Services for JoAnne will be held on Thursday, Jan. 15, 2026, at 1 p.m. at the Glory of the Lord Family Ministries Church in Watford City, with Pastor Barb Becker officiating. A luncheon will follow the burial at the Glory of the Lord Family Ministries Church for a time of fellowship and sharing. In honor of JoAnne’s wishes, a portion of her cremains will be buried in the Schafer Cemetery in Watford City alongside her parents, and the other portion will be buried in the Mandan Veterans Cemetery in Mandan alongside her husband. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2026, from 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. at the Fulkerson Stevenson Funeral Home in Watford City.
