Diana Stashuk
The funeral service for Diana Stashuk, 67, of Arnegard, N.D., was held Wednesday, June 6, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. in the Wilmington Lutheran Church, Arnegard, N.D. Interment was held at the Wilmington Cemetery.
Diana Stashuk was born in Williston, N.D., on May 1, 1945. The daughter of Edward Lester Mattison and Irene Helen Pesheck. She was raised in Arnegard and attended a rural school. Diana was united in marriage to Victor Stashuk at the Presbyterian church in Watford City, N.D., on Sept. 29, 1962, making their home in Watford City until moving to Arnegard in 1965.
Diana enjoyed being a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed crocheting, traveling, and spending time on the computer, but especially spending time with her grandchildren.
Diana struggled with poor health for the past year and was taken home by her Lord on Thursday, May 31, 2012.
Diana is survived by her daughters, Vicki (James) Miller and her children, Shaunta, James Jr. and Totiana, of Arnegard, N.D., Debora Seaman and her children, Anthony Wagner, Kyle Wagner, Shaina Seaman, Shiana Seaman, Makala Seaman, and Diana Seaman, of N.Y.; her son, Edward (Dawn) and their children, Parker and Chase, of Williston, N.D.; her grandson, Kevin Jeagnotte; her three brothers, Jerry, Gary, and Ronald Mattison, of Washington; and her sisters, Elaine Loerch, of California, and Mary Jo Mattison, of Washington.
Diana is preceded in death by her husband, Victor, and her grandson, Devin Wagner.
