This coming fall, 400 Watford City High School students will kick off a community clean-up program as a way to earn their community service hours and to better the city of Watford City by contributing more than 1,200 hours of community service work.
It will happen semi-annually, according to Brooke Hestdalen, McKenzie County School District No.1 communications coordinator, who says it’s a good opportunity for businesses and local residents to get a helping hand.
