Three Businesses Headed to Watford City

More business is coming to Watford City and it means more jobs, more shopping variety, competition, and services for the county seat.
Official word has been given from city officials that two new businesses are coming to Watford City and one much anticipated expansion are slated to happen in 2026.
Runnings to Build and Expand
Runnings will be building a stand alone and full service store on Main Street South, on property the south side of Heggen Equipment. The store will match the square footage of others seen in Glendive, Mont., and elsewhere. Shopping sections include clothing and footwear, sporting goods and firearms, boating and all season fishing, pets and wildlife, tools, home improvement, home and food, lawn and garden, outdoor power equipment, farm and ranch, automotive and batteries, toys and games. All will all be featured in the new building. Some brands featured are Wrangler and Carhartt, Stihl and Honda.
