McKenzie County Library makes changes to expand community attendance

The McKenzie County Library has been going through some upgrades and changes, and county residents can plan on seeing more.
Ian Anguiano has been in his position as Library Director for less than a year, but he says, “We’ve seen a very solid bump to our programming numbers over the last six months, similarly the number of patrons into the library since January of this year is up over last year. We hope to keep this trend going!”
Part of his plan to bring more patrons to the library includes adding more activities and programs through the year.
“Our [participation] numbers have been rising steadily over the last few months. For popular programs, like story time, you can regularly expect between 20-30 patrons. For some of these newer programs we expect numbers will be a bit smaller as people test the waters,” he said.
