Crash Closes U.S. Highway 85 at County Road 30

An injury crash involving a semi truck and car was paged out to emergency services at about 1:35 p.m., on Saturday, April 25. The initial alert was for an unknown crash.
At 1:38 p.m. a second ambulance was requested to respond as there were injuries confirmed.
U.S. Highway 85 (US85) is currently closed with a detour in place according to the McKenzie County Sheriff’s Office.
The detour includes using 23rd Street NW, 125th Avenue NW, and 21st Street NW. US85 is closed for approximately two miles, between 21st Street and 23rd Street NW.
McKenzie County Sheriff, North Dakota Highway Patrol, and McKenzie County Rural Fire-Crash Rescue units are on scene.
