COUNTY TAXPAYERS WILL SEE SLIGHT INCREASE IN TAXES

This year, when owners of homes, land and commercial property in McKenzie County open their 2021 tax statements from the county, they will be pleased to see minimal increases from last year’s taxes.
“There were no class (agricultural, residential, commercial) increases this year during the equalization process,” says Erica Johnsrud, McKenzie County auditor/treasurer. “We’re essentially at the same place in the county that we were last year.”
