Chord Energy has partnered with the Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation to host a ribbon-cutting at McVay Elementary in honor of the opening of four new Williston Basin District Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) centers.
These STEM centers are facilities that will give special focus on the four aspects of STEM education, which studies have shown will better prepare students for professions in those fields. These facilities are all within the Williston Basin School district. They are McVay Elementary School, Hagan Elementary School, Bakken-Ridge Center, and the Coyote Center.
