Arrest Warrant issued for driver in crash that killed 2, injured 1
The driver of a tanker truck involved in a crash on September 25, 2025 that took the lives of two Watford City residents now has a warrant out for his arrest as of May 18.
Mickey Alonzo Gramley, 42, of Bybee, Tennessee is charged with two class B Felony counts of Manslaughter, one for adult and child victim each and one count of Reckless Endangerment with Extreme Indifference, a class C Felony.
