President Donald Trump visited the neighborhood last week for another standing room only rally. Trump fans, who proudly and loudly proclaim their hope he’ll ‘Make America Great Again’, converged on Rapid City, S.D. The place was packed with passionate defenders of Trump and his “America First” policies. I was there and visited with hundreds of rally goers. While I’ve seen Trump rallies up close many times before, it never gets old to meet the people who attend these electric events. They are joyful, friendly and engaged citizens. And they, like Trump, are deeply concerned for the future of America.
“We are a nation in decline,” the 45th President of the United States said. “We are a failing nation.”
