President Joe Biden is lying about the reason for the high cost of gasoline. He is lying about the impediments facing oil and gas developers. Joe Biden wants you to believe that he is not responsible for oil drilling being curtailed in the United States. Don’t believe a word of what he is saying when it comes to oil and gas development. I recently asked Lynn Helms, North Dakota Department of Mineral Resources Director for the facts that rarely get reported. Helms tells us there is a full-on assault against our oil and gas industry in North Dakota coming from the Biden Administration. Their climate change agenda is one of the many excuses they use.
Have you heard the countless claims that they were encouraging companies to lease and drill? Well did you know they have failed to hold the third quarter 2022 oil and gas lease? That is impacting 141 parcels in North Dakota waiting for a lease. They also have missed the deadline for a fourth quarter lease sale which blocks several spacing units located around Lake Sakakawea. These are highly sought-after acres that the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers and U.S. Forest Service have cleared for leasing. But Joe says no. All of this is a violation of the Mineral Practices Act, but this White House doesn’t follow its own rules.
