Even on the road, I keep an ear to the news.
A lot of these reports aren’t newsworthy where we are but they’d make a helluva radio segment.
I present the news around North Dakota, via Traveling Jack’s Dispatch.
Sims Evangelical Lutheran Church appears to be undergoing renovations. A boom lift, ladders and at least one worker were present last week Tuesday.
The Sims church was established in 1884 and is the oldest in west river North Dakota.
No word yet on a completion date for work.
Geezer’s Bookstore and Mert’s Cafe are for sale in Marmarth along with two adjoining lots.
