19U Oilers meet up with tough opponent

The Oiler girls braved the incredible cold this weekend to visit the top 2 teams in the league, Langdon and Bottineau/Rugby. Langdon hit first on Saturday night to take the 1-0 lead. Kaylor Knutson still knows where to go to score goals. She converted a pass from Lanie Hall and Berkley Wirtz to score a goal in tight to the Blade goalie. Bria Samuelson gave the Oilers the lead again on a play right in front of the goalie, knocking home a rebound to give the Oilers the lead 2-1 after the first.
