McKenzie County CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) recently announced the hiring of Carl Stroh as its new program manager.
Stroh will benefit the team by bringing a wide array of experience in emergency services, which include fire fighting, dealing with natural disasters as well as a military background.
Stroh grew up on a ranch in northeast Wyoming with a passion for Emergency Services. After high school, he joined volunteer fire departments in whatever community he was in and participated in many wildland fire incidents as well as search and rescue operations.
