Frankie Burman

Frankie Burman died early Thursday morning, July 7, 2016, at her home in Sidney, Mont.
Frankie Claire was born on Jan. 12, 1954, in Williston, N.D., to Clarence and Ethel (Weber) Christianson of Alexander, N.D. She was one of two children.
Frankie was raised on the family farm 15 miles southwest of Alexander, N.D.
She attended grade school at Moline County School, a little country school four miles from home.
She spent most of her time playing in the barn with all the kittens and riding bikes with her older sister, Bonnie. Frankie was also involved in 4-H club during grade school.
She attended high school and graduated from Alexander High School in 1972.
Her main goal in life was caring for people which brought her to enroll in Nursing School. Frankie received her LPN license degree from Williston State College, taking her to work in Billings, Mont., for her first job.
She later moved back to Sidney, Mont., where she worked at the Sidney Health Center for 30 years. Her second family was all the nurses she worked with.
On Friday, the 13th of Aug., 1976, Frankie was united in marriage to the love of her life, Jess Burman, Sidney, Mont.
Frankie was a member of St. Matthew’s Catholic Church in Sidney. Her main hobbies were gardening and taking care of their two boys, Travis Jay and Brent James, and later four grandchildren. They have remained in Sidney and would have celebrated their 40th anniversary on Aug. 13, 2016.
Frankie liked garage sales, collecting Christmas snowman, tea cups and bells. She enjoyed traveling to the Oregon coast and to Branson, Mo. with her sister and brother-in-law. And you better not bother her when the Denver Bronco football game is on!
Surviving her are her husband, Jess Burman, Sidney, Mont.; her two sons, Travis Burman and Brent (Eva) Burman all of Bismarck, N.D.; her four grandchildren, Orion, Trinity, Kylee and Carter; her sister, Bonnie (Jim) Evanson, Livingston, Mont.; her nephew, Todd (Rynelle) Evanson, Bismarck, N.D.; her niece, Jamie Evanson, Livingston, Mont.; her great nephews and niece, Cameron, Conner, and Makiah; and numerous other nieces and nephews.
