Jay Kitzman
Jay Kitzman, 49, Mandan, formerly of Leith, N.D., died April 19, 2009, at his brother’s home. Funeral services were held Thursday, April 23, 2009, at Weigel Funeral Home, Mandan, with Rev. Jack Carlson officiating. Burial was at Leith Cemetery.
Jay was born Aug. 31, 1959, in San Diego, Calif., to Jake Jr. and Elsie (Neher) Kitzman. He was raised and educated in the Leith and Carson, N.D., area. On Dec. 25, 1988, he married Joan Jorgenson in Las Vegas.
